Gift a Membership

Now you can give the gift of a membership to the Dog and Cranberry Lakes Association!  Do you know someone who might be interested in what we're doing but isn't a member at the moment?  You can buy a membership for a friend or family member, they can complete the set up of their account and then they will be a full member; able to receive all of our information, participate in events and perhaps become an ongoing supporter of the DCLA.

To gift a membership:
  1. Fill out and submit the Gift Membership Form below
  2. Make a payment, by Credit Card Payment. If you prefer that your credit card information is NOT stored, please UNCHECK the "Save this new card ..." box near the bottom of the payment form.
  3. To pay by cheque, mail a cheque for $30 made out to "Dog and Cranberry Lakes Association" to:

  4. Fill out and send a Certificate of Membership to the new member!
Note: In the following form, your name is the Donor's Name. All other information refers to the receiver of the gift.
